for 2008 SuperCruise

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve a cabin on the SuperCruise.  Following are the deposit requirements:

Balance Due

For cabins booked on or before June 13, 2008, balance due must be paid by June 30, 2008.  For cabins booked after June 13, full payment is due at time of booking. 

Installment Payments

After making deposit payment, passengers may make installment payments for remaining balance.  Passengers will be billed for four additional equal installment payments, due January 15, March 15, May 15, and June 30, 2008.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

For reservations made prior to November 16, 2007, deposits are fully refundable until December 1, 2007.  For all other reservations, deposits are fully-refundable until 15 days after the date of initial booking.  Passengers cancelling their reservations after 15 days will forfeit their deposit.  Any cancellations after June 30, 2008 will incur a penalty of 100% of the fare.

Taxes, Fees, and Gratuities

All fares are subject to a 12% surcharge, which covers all taxes, governmental fees, gratuities, and other additional fees for the cruise.  (Taxes, fees, and gratuities for optional products and services purchased during the cruise are not included in this surcharge.)

Dining Options

All passengers are required to select a dining option at the time of booking.  The dining option applies to the dinner seating time for the Great Gatsby Dining Room only.  Generally, early dining seating is at 6:00pm and late dining seating is at 8:30pm.  These times may vary slightly on certain nights during the cruise.  There are no assigned seating times for breakfast or lunch or for any meals served in the Windjammer Cafe or any of the casual dining venues on the ship.

Trip Insurance

It is recommended that trip cancellation insurance be purchased. Capital Jazz does not sell this insurance, but you can review various insurance options at www.insuremytrip.com.   

Passports

A valid passport is required for all passengers on the SuperCruise. For your protection, we recommend that your passport expiration date not occur within six months of the sailing termination date. For more information on obtaining or renewing a U.S. passport, please visit travel.state.gov.
