The 2010 SuperCruise has been sold out since June, however, several cabins were released on Sept. 1 due to passenger cancellations. Additional cabins will be released in the coming days. To reserve one of these cabins, please add yourself to the Waiting List and chances are good you will be assigned a cabin. Cabins are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, as they become available. See cabin pricing below.

THE 2010 WAITING LIST

 

A $500 deposit is required to be added to the Waiting List. If you are on the Waiting List and a cabin becomes available, you will be automatically booked in that cabin and will receive an invoice for the balance due. If a cabin does not become available within 30 days of your Waiting List deposit date, your deposit will be refunded. You may withdraw from the Waiting List at any time and receive a refund of your Waiting List deposit.

All pricing is per-person based on double-occupancy per cabin,

unless otherwise noted. Pricing does not include taxes, fees, and gratuities of $165 per person. A deposit of $500 per cabin is required at the time of your Waiting List reservation.

All prices are per-person based on double occupancy per cabin, unless otherwise noted. There are a limited number of triple and quad-occupancy cabins on the ship. For these cabins, the first two guests are each charged the full double-occupancy price. Additional guests in the same cabin are each charged half of the double-occupancy price.

What’s Included?

The following amenities are included in the price of the SuperCruise:

  • Complimentary round-trip ground transfer from airport to ship
  • Daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and late-night buffets
  • Select non-alcoholic beverages
  • All concerts, shows, and live entertainment
  • All parties and after-parties
  • All workshops, classes, and other activities on ship (unless specifically excluded)
  • Use of fitness center
  • Room service meals
  • All taxes, governmental fees, and gratuities (covered by pre-paid $165 surcharge)

What’s Not Included?

The following amenities are not included in the price of the SuperCruise, but are available for additional fee:

  • Alcoholic beverages, sodas, and bottled water
  • Optional dinners at Harry's Steakhouse
  • Spa and beauty treatments
  • Optional excursions at the ports of call
  • Optional ferry ride from St. Thomas to St. John
  • Optional activities happening off-ship, including the golf tournament and tennis tournament
  • Certain optional ship activities offered by the cruise line (such as wine-tastings, yoga classes, personal training, etc.)
  • Air travel to/from Miami
  • Use of Internet Cafe or Wi-Fi on the ship
  • Taxes, fees, and/or gratuities for optional products and services purchased on the cruise

Taxes, Fees, and Gratuities

All fares are subject to a surcharge of $165 per person, which covers all taxes, governmental fees, gratuities, and other additional fees for the cruise.  (Taxes, fees, and gratuities for optional products and services purchased during the cruise are not included in this surcharge.)

Deposits

A $250 per person deposit is required to reserve a cabin on the SuperCruise. If you will be booking a double-occupancy cabin, your cabin number will not be assigned until deposits have been received for both roommates. If only one party will be occupying a double-occupancy cabin, a $500 deposit will be required.

Installment Payments

After making deposit payment, guests must make monthly installment payments for remaining balance. Minimum monthly payment is $200 per person until balance is paid in full. Payments will be due on the 15th of each month. Late payments may result in forfeiture of any early booking discounts. All remaining balances are due in full by July 1, 2010. (For reservations made after March 31, final balance will be due by August 15, 2010.)

Refund/Cancellation Policy

For reservations made through December 16, 2009, deposits are fully refundable until December 31, 2009. For all other reservations, deposits are fully-refundable until 15 days after the date of initial booking. Guests canceling their reservations after 15 days will forfeit their deposit and any payments made. Any cancellations after July 1, 2010 will incur a penalty of 100% of the fare.

Group Bookings

The SuperCruise offers incentives for groups booking ten or more cabins on the SuperCruise. One complimentary cabin will be offered for every ten paid cabins booked in a group.

Fee for Changes

A $25 fee (or $75 after Aug 31, 2010) applies for any changes made to an existing reservation, including changes to guest names, cabin assignments, dining assignments, cabin upgrades, or addition of roommates. This fee is charged per cabin, not per guest. This fee does not apply for the correction of errors made by us.
