Information for Vendors
We will be accepting craft vendor applications for the Festival Marketplace at the 2024 Capital Jazz Fest. All applications are processed using the ZAPP system. You will need a ZAPP account in order to apply for this event. For more information on the ZAPP system, or to create a free ZAPP account, CLICK HERE
Applications will open on January 19, 2024 on this web page.

Applications will be accepted until March 22, 2024.
Please note: The Festival Marketplace will be open on Saturday and Sunday only (June 8-9). The Marketplace will not be open on Friday, June 7.
Craft Vendors
The Festival Marketplace, located on the grounds of the Capital Jazz Fest, showcases domestic and international vendors displaying quality traditional and non-traditional crafts. If you are an artisan or crafter interested in vending in the Festival Marketplace, you will need to submit a craft vendor application. Applications will be accepted until March 22, 2024.
Commercial Exhibitors
If you are a business, corporation, non-profit, or government entity interested in exhibitor space at the 2024 festival, you may apply as a commercial exhibitor. Applications will be accepted until May 24, 2024.

Food Concessions
If you would like to apply to be a food concessionaire for the Capital Jazz Fest, please contact Merriweather Post Pavilion at 410.715.5550. All food concessions at Merriweather are selected and managed by the venue. Please do not contact Capital Jazz Productions. Thank you.
